I don’t know

I don't know about you but I have personally observed that a lot of guys who are snoring do so when they are lying on their backs. Perhaps you should not be sleeping so much on your back so that the snoring can stop. Try sleeping on your sides, left or right, it should not be too difficult. There are a few devices that I know of that you can buy over the counter and wear on your face as you sleep at night. These things help to keep your respiratory tract open when you sleep so that you don't snore so much. For people trying to kick the habit, such devices,,, er, rock. Stopping snoring is as easy understanding what causes it, and then attacking it, whatever that might be. In most instances, the channels for air in the throat are clogged such that air cannot get through very easily. All it takes then is solving the problem by creating more room for air to get through; that is all. With all that doctors know of the human anatomy, I don't know of anyone else that you could talk to to help you stop snoring. Better even than your dad or mum who are sharing their experiences with you, what you learn from a doctor should be right on point. Don't be thinking about it, start doing things already.
